Yankee Manager Joe Girardi Helps Westchester Crash Victim After Series Win

Just hours after guiding the New York Yankees to last night’s World Series win, Joe Girardi, the team’s manager, stopped along the Cross County Parkway in Eastchester to assist with a one-car accident.

When first-responders arrived, Girardi was on the scene, flagging down help. The crash victim was 27-year-old Marie Henry, who crashed her car into a wall.
