Wrong-Way Taconic Driver's Body to be Exhumed

Diane Schuler’s husband and attorney announced on CNN’s Larry King Live September 1, that her body will be exhumed so that an independent autopsy can be performed. Daniel Schuler and Dominic Barbara told King this was being done in an effort to disprove the Westchester medical examiner’s findings that Diane Schuler was heavily intoxicated with alcohol and marijuana when she crashed her car on the Taconic Parkway July 26, killing eight people including herself. “Someone messed up somewhere,” Daniel told King. “I know my wife was not drinking.”
