Hudson Valley Wine & Food Festival

Where: Dutchess County Fairgrounds

What: Come to the festival to samples of hundreds of wines from around the world, learn about becoming a wine expert with Michael Green of Gourmet Magazine and Wine & Spirits, and enjoy live music and tons of family activities! The Fab Four

Where: Hilton Rye Town
699 Westchester Avenue, Rye Brook
When: Tuesday, September 16th (Class continues on 9/23, 10/7, and 10/14)
7:30 pm – 9:30 pm
What: Each of the four classes will spotlight one selection of the four international white grape varieties—Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio/Pinot Gris, and Riesling. Learn about how the wines are made, tasted, and more importantly, the ways in which they are unique to the world of wine. Along with an exploration into texture and flavor, the class will discuss food pairing opportunities.
