L ooking for a creative new way to shed pounds? Consider the Westchester Adventure Boot Camp. Personal trainer and Boot Camp owner Carla Braca runs the four-week program, designed strictly for women, comprising nutritional advice, motivational training, and a one-hour workout that will have you begging for mercy. Members have the option of joining the camp for two days ($219), three days ($299), or five days ($329) a week during the four-week session, with a choice of three different workout times each day.
