A Very Fetching Cuddle Buddy
{Snuggles}
An 8-year-old male part-Angora cat
His human: Jennifer Pollock of White Plains
Is so special because: Everyone loves him—even people who admittedly don’t prefer cats. How he got his name: From the time he was a baby, he’s absolutely loved to cuddle. He’s so incredibly soft and cuddly, kind of like a stuffed animal. Adopted from: North Shore Animal League America on Long Island at only eight weeks old. Fave plaything: Sweatshirt strings. Cutest ’tude: While playing dress-up may not always be his idea, he struts around like a model on a runway. His BFF is: A puppy. Most fearful of: Vacuum cleaners. I think the noise makes him afraid it will suck him up. Best trick: Playing fetch—uncommon for a cat, I know. Fave pastime: Running around in the windowsill and trying to ‘catch’ outside objects, like leaves and birds and snow. Preferred nosh: Turkey—but he doesn’t eat it often since he’s watching his boyish figure. Naughtiest thing he’s done so far: Wrecked my closet in retaliation for my having to go out of town. He pulled all the clothes down and dragged them all over the place and it took hours to clean up. Most oddball behavior: Talking to anything outside, like falling leaves or squirrels. He believes they want to visit him inside and can’t understand why they can’t hear him. His wardrobe is: To die for, and includes a Yankee outfit, a New York Giants jersey, a bathing suit, sweatshirts, windbreakers, a Snuggie, sweaters, and an array of holiday costumes. He’s always ready for any occasion. Thinks he is: Usually, a human—but at other times, a dog.
