Although Westchester home sales have generally fared better than other parts of the country since the economic downturn, the real estate bubble in our county is not resilient. Once a hot sale, pricey waterfront properties in Westchester are now at their worst, according some realtors interviewed by the New York Times—with some sitting on the market for over a year.
