Westchester Politicians Lobbied by Beverage Industry to Kill Soda Tax

The New York Daily News reports that some intensive lobbying efforts on the part of Pepsi, Coca Cola, and the beverage industry to some key Westchester politicians helped take the fizz out of Governor Paterson’s proposed soda tax.
