ABOUT ME, BY ME
My friends describe me as funny, approachable, laid-back, and knowledgeable in music. I enjoy a ton of genres from electro house to country all the way to classical composers like Tchaikovsky and Bach. I played soccer and lacrosse in high school. Nowadays, I play basketball and soccer from time to time with my friends.
RANDOM FACTS
Favorite Twitter account: @chrisdelia—He was flat-out hysterical when I saw him at Caroline’s on Broadway and he Tweets some of the funniest, most random Vine videos I’ve seen.
Takes up the most room on my DVR: Game of Thrones—I actually enjoy the fact that major characters are perpetually dying off. It keeps it unpredictable.
My friends kid me about: My fairly low alcohol tolerance.
Guilty indulgence: Taylor Swift
Favorite film: Superbad—Captured the awkwardness of high-school relations in a charming and comedic way.
Dream vacation: Anywhere on the coast of Monaco
Last book read for pleasure: The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham—he was Warren Buffett’s mentor and Buffett continually cites this book as his main investing influence, so you know the techniques work.
Last meal: Filet mignon cooked medium with a side of mashed potatoes and string beans
DATELINES
Favorite place for a first date: A comedy club—you can really gauge a girl’s sense of humor and it’s a relaxed environment. If you can get a girl laughing on the first date, it’s always a good thing.
Tried Internet dating? No, but I want to start. I know a few people who have had a lot success with it.
MY TYPE
Must be: Someone I can relate to and share my life with who’s comfortable in her own skin—confident and not insecure or phony. She’s honest, has a good sense of humor, and is affectionate.
Won’t be: Pretentious
First-date deal-breaker: A pompous, stuck-up attitude—but I wouldn’t put myself in a position to be dating those type of girls in the first place.
