What is Wine & Food Weekend?
Westchester Magazine’s Wine & Food Weekend is a four-day celebration of fantastic food and wonderful wines and beverages against a backdrop of dinners, seminars, cook-offs, and celebrity chefs. The Weekend kicks off with a Burger & Beer Bash!
Where is Burger & Beer Bash held?
Burger & Beer Bash will be held at Kensico Dam Plaza on the evening of Thursday, June 6 from 6:00-10:00 PM. Parking is free.
Where are The Grand Tasting, Winemakers Dinner, Wine Seminars, Chef Demos, and Sunday Brunch held?
All weekend events for Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9 will be held at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, 3 Renaissance Square, White Plains, NY. (914) 946-5500.
Where is the Bartenders Shake-off held?
Following the Winemakers Dinner on Saturday night, enjoy the Bartenders Shake Off at 42 The Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, beginning at 10 PM.
How many guests attend Wine & Food Weekend?
We are expecting 3,000 guests throughout the weekend. All guests must be 21 or older.
How do I get tickets to Wine & Food Weekend events?
Tickets for all events can be purchased at wwwwestchestermagazine.com/wineweekend, and are non-refundable, no exceptions. Please bring receipt with you to gain entrance to each event.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, no exceptions. Remember to bring a print out of your admission receipt with you.
Where can I park at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester?
Valet parking is available on Saturday and Sunday for Wine & Food Weekend guests staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester at a discounted rate of $5.
What about bad weather? Is there a rain date?
Everything is either inside the hotel or under a canopy or tent at Kensico Dam. The event is held rain or shine.
Can I bring my child?
All Wine & Food Weekend events are limited to those age 21 and older.
What should I wear?
Wear casual, comfortable clothes to all events, with the exception of Winemakers Dinner. This calls for semi-formal attire.
