Vitalah Simon has been practicing yoga for over three decades and has more than 20 years’ teaching experience. This licensed creative arts therapist and M.Ed in  Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy will guide your youngsters through a program of Kripalu-based movement, plus creative dance, dance-movement therapy, and imaginative games—while they stretch, breathe, and learn to “center” themselves.

Offering four seasons of programs, including basketball, tennis, soccer, and baseball, Backyard Sports covers it all. But not only will the folks here help develop your budding athlete’s skills, they’ll also stress the importance of emotional and social development. For children with special needs, ages 5 to 15, there is the Backyard Sports Plus Program, which helps kids to learn and enjoy team sports in a safe environment, all while developing athletically. With a teaching ratio of 1 to 1, the program will help build children’s skills, confidence, self-esteem, and a love of sports and fitness.

The mixed martial arts (MMA) program at Westchester Fight Club does more than just get your kids in shape.
