Canines and their human counterparts attended the SPCA of Westchester’s Top Hat and Tails Gala held at the Ritz-Carlton, Westchester, in downtown White Plains. The evening included a silent auction, dancing, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, pet portrait photography, a canine ice cream bar and gourmet dog treats, and an animal communicator.
