On Thursday, October 13, The Gym in Armonk was completely transformed for the annual “Taste of the Towns,” an annual charity event to benefit Support Connection. More than 350 local residents attended and were decked out in their trendiest attire for this charity event held in a gym. The energy was electric. A bar was set up in the middle of the gym for guests to enjoy cocktails and “taste the towns” with dishes from more than 50 vendors and restaurants. The fundraising event brought local restaurants, bakeries, and boutiques together to raise funds and awareness for Breast and Ovarian Cancer. In honor of October’s Breast Cancer Awareness month, Beascake Bakery baked beautiful, pink-ribbon sugar cookies.
