Sole Taconic Wrong-Way Crash Survivor Released from Hospital

Bryan Schuler, the 5-year-old son of Diane Schuler—who drove 2 miles in the wrong direction on the Taconic before colliding with another vehicle, resulting in eight deaths (including her own)—was released from the hospital today. The boy has been recovering from broken bones and severe head trauma, and has “many future medical treatments.”

Bryan may be called in to testify in a civil trial filed by the Bastardis, who lost two members of their family—Michael and Guy Bastardi—in the crash.
