7.5 oz butter
15 oz chocolate
1 ½ tsp of vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup of sugar
â…› cup of cocoa powder
8 eggs
Melt the butter. In a mixing bowl, pour melted butter over chocolate, stirring constantly to make sure everything is incorporated. Mix in the vanilla, sugar, and cocoa powder. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to make sure it is well mixed. Add the eggs and mix until combined. Pour mixture into greased 10-inch pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 325°F. Makes a dozen brownies.
