More than 100 chefs will be participating in Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, the annual celebration of the region as a food Mecca. From March 22 to April 3, diners can enjoy $28.09 three-course dinners ($20.09 for a three-course lunch in certain cases) from 20 county restaurants including 121 Restaurant & Bar (Rte 121, North Salem 914-669-0121); 42 (1 Renaissance Sq, White Plains 914-761-4242); Crabtree’s Kittle House (11 Kittle Rd, Chappaqua 914-666-8044); John Michael’s Restaurant (100 Titicus Rd, North Salem 914-277-2301); and X2O Xaviars on the Hudson (71 Water Grant St, Yonkers 914-965-1111). This year’s event kicks off the Hudson Valley’s quadricentennial honoring Henry Hudson’s voyage of discovery.
