California Winemaker Dinner

What: Winemaker Gideon Bienstock, whose Clos Saron winery features 4,500 wines, will be making an appearance at Plates. Taste Syrah Cuvees, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Viognier alongside a four-course meal prepared by Chef Matthew Karp. A Q&A will follow.
