Such a tough assignment: to scout out the best boutiques, shops and stores in the county. So we asked all the fashionistas, style mavens and shopaholics we know to recommend their favorite stores—then shopped ‘til we dropped to bring you this shopping guide. So, what did we find? Classy eyeglasses, kitschy couture, vintage vases, $9,000 bikes—and way too many scented candles and Three Dots tees.
