Good news, homeowners—the real estate market in Westchester seems to be on the rise!
According to the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service, the sale of single-family homes in the county rose 36 percent in the fourth quarter of 2009, over the same period in 2008. Sales for the full year, however, were still down 12 percent.
