Back in the day, the Hudson River School painters got their inspiration right here in the Hudson Valley—and their work is well represented in the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers (as well as in museums around the world). The Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art takes an edgier approach with Peekskill Project V, running through July with contemporary artists putting their own spin on the regional landscape.
