An Evening with David Crosby & Graham Nash, a benefit concert for Open Door Family Medical Centers held at The Performing Arts Center at Purchase College, raised $428,000. A sit-down dinner for 450 guests was followed by a concert for an additional 550 guests. Tickets ranged from $100 to $150 for the concert to $10,000 for a 10-ticket meet-and-greet with the musicians. Co-chaired by Pleasantville Community Television Producer Marlene Canapi, the event honored two of Westchester County’s most generous residents: David Swope, founder of Club Fit, and Simeon Schwartz, MD, president of WestMed Medical Group and CEO of WestMed Practice Partners.Open Door provides healthcare services at affordable prices to the entire community, particularly the economically disadvantaged. Westchester Magazine sponsored the VIP after party.
