Designed by Gregory Allen Cramer of New Rochelle, this French-style living room in a 1928 New Rochelle Tudor is filled with distinctive antiques, including fireplace tools, an English mirror (circa 1850), and decorative boxes. An Aubusson rug centers the room.


Gregory Allan Cramer designed a captain’s house in Sag Harbor that was featured in the July 2006 issue of Country Living and a sophisticated, elegant New Rochelle Tudor that received a place of prominence in the pages of Westchester Magazine’s Home & Garden. Cramer’s recent renovation of an historic Miami Beach property was featured on the cover of Home Miami magazine. His eye for detail, tireless energy in finding just the right piece, and artistic faux painting techniques make the designer a hot commodity in lower Westchester—and beyond.

Iliana E. Moore, Allied Member ASID, grew up in Greenwich Village in an old clapboard house with a lawn so small her father cut it with scissors. Joseph R. Stabile, president of J.R. Cattington Interiors, was recently awarded Florida’s Best of 2007 Platinum Award for Interior Design and the Gold 2007 Prism Award in Interior Design from the Gold Coast Builders Association for his work on a Boynton Beach home. But it’s his Westchester projects that have our interest piqued. (The incredible details and play of color in a Stabile-decorated Rye home made us want to detour off a recent house tour where it was featured and stay for a while.)
