According to a Pace University report on the IT sector’s third quarter performance in Manhattan and Westchester, the numbers in both areas showed evidence of improvement. While in Manhattan the index improved from 42 to 43, it increased from 41 to 43 in Westchester County, with seven out of 11 IT profession categories showing quarter-to-quarter improvement.
Researchers said, “Given the unemployment level of the nation as a whole, this is encouraging news for those seeking employment in the IT sector of the county.”
