The American Jewish Committee Westchester held its Inaugural Judge Learned Hand Award dinner, recognizing excellence in the legal profession, at Chappaqua Crossing. Sondra M. Miller and Lawrence Otis Graham were the first Westchester recipients of the award. More than 200 guests, mostly from the Westchester legal community, attended, including Rob Astornio, Michael Kaplowitz, Bob Castelli, Andrea Stewart-Cousins, Ken Jenkins, Kevin Plunkett, and Catherine Borgia. Guests enjoyed cocktails and dinner and watched a moot court discussion on student free speech.
