With woodsy Scandinavian décor and a New England-inspired menu, the Delamar’s Artisan Restaurant, Tavern & Garden, offers contemporary takes on classic American favorites, from grilled cheese and tomato soup in the Tavern to pork chops, which our waiter insisted was the best entrée on the dinner menu (he most definitely did not steer us wrong). Dessert at Artisan is an extra-special treat—all of the ice creams and sorbets are made in-house. (We enthusiastically recommend the sundae, which allows you to sample three different flavors). A hearty breakfast is served to all hotel guests every morning, and features several hot additions, including perfectly pressed, well-cooked bacon.
