John Q. Kelly, a lawyer who helped win a judgement against O.J. Simpson, will be representing the relatives of Michael and Guy Bastardi, Yonkers residents who both died after being struck by Diane Schuler’s car as it traveled the wrong way on the Taconic last summer.
After Simpson was inititally acquitted of the 1994 killings, Kelly represented the estate of Nicole Brown Simpson in a civil case against the former football player. O.J. Simpson was found guilty, and Nicole Brown Simpson’s estate won $33.5 million.
