Emmylou Harris gets the best collaborators. She’s duetted with Gram Parsons, Conor Oberst, Roy Orbison, Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt, Levon Helm, and Anne Murray, among countless others. In 2006, she released All the Roadrunning, a collection of songs she wrote and sang with Mark Knopfler. And now, there’s Old Yellow Moon, which she created with Rodney Crowell. (We guess once you earn your 12th Grammy Award and get inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame, it’s not hard to convince others to work with you.) You can hear Harris show off that crystal-clear voice when she and Crowell perform songs from Old Yellow Moon together at Caramoor’s Music Festival on July 13.
