It’s more than just a trend or a craze: it’s a revolution. Westchester County is right in the middle of a craft-beer takeover. All around the County (and just over our borders), gleaming fermentation tanks are rolling in as a new breed of brewers are taking over our vacant industrial spaces and beginning to brew beer. Their goal? Who wouldn’t want to be the next Captain Lawrence or Sixpoint Brewery to snag a thirsty New York market that increasingly demands locally made beer?
