The New York Times is alleging that Diane Schuler, who killed 8 people including herself while driving the wrong way on the Taconic Park July 24—had a blood-alcohol level equivalent to about 10 drinks—in addition to another six grams of alcohol found in her stomach that her body had not yet processed.
