Luca A. Cappelli Jr., founder of one of the region’s largest real estate development companies, passed away in his Yonkers home yesterday at age 81. The announcement was made by his son, Louis R. Cappelli, president of Cappelli Enterprises, the real estate development company Luca founded in 1985.
