In an ironic twist, a local actor who appeared in the film The Wrestler—a film following the tragic downfall of an aging, steroid-ridden wrestler—pleaded guilty last week to posessing and distributing steroids.
The actor, 35-year-old Scott Siegal of New Rochelle, who played the character of Greg in the film, admitted to steroid posession, as well as two counts of using a deadly weapon to assault officers, in the U.S. District Court in White Plains. Back in February, when the cops tried to arrest him outside his parents’ home, he fled in his truck and led police on a wild car chase through Eastchester and Tuckahoe, hitting several police cars along the way.
