Free meals and permission to make a mess? That’s a winning combo no kid can resist (and no mom would say no to). At Q, kids 12 and under eat free on Wednesdays from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm. Simply purchase one adult meal for every free kid’s meal. Children can choose any entrée from the kids’ menu, plus a drink, corn bread, and a Dixie cup or homemade banana pudding for dessert. Cleanup is easy in the enormous foot-operated sink, parked right in the dining room.
