Judge Blocks Ex-Wife's Request to Move to Scarsdale

Gregg D. Farber, who moved from Colorado to New York City after his ex-wife moved there, in order remain within close living distance of their daughter, just won his bid to prevent his ex-wife from moving from New York City to Scarsdale.

Farber had opposed the move because he claimed it would make him a “weekend dad,” and Family Court Judge Lori S. Sattler showed her agreement with her decision.
