Jay Muse, owner of Lulu Patisserie in Scarsdale, plans to to have his new 3,000-square-foot Tarrytown coffee and cupcake bar up and running by the end of this year.
The new shop, called Lulu’s Boutique Bakery, will even have collaborations with pastry chefs from big-name restaurants including Per Se, Chanterelle, Chez Panisse, and more.
