This ain’t no canapé, folks. Chat 19’s hearty fistful of supper combines pink slices of tender seared beef, mounds of sautéed mushrooms and gooey melted Swiss on a crusty section of split baguette. One jaw-popping bite and you’ll see why all of Larchmont lunches at this low key, brick-and-distressed-oak burger bar.
Chat 19 is expecting a baby sibling in Scarsdale this fall. The restaurant group behind Larchmont’s Lusardi’s and Scarsdale’s Moscato will be premiering Chat, Scarsdale — a slightly westerly take on Chat 19’s successful, family-friendly formula.
