Via Quadronno bids goodbye to bathing suit weather with yummy, pork-heavy, salumi-centric panini. Our favorite from the arm-long list? We love their soulful Prague ham and goose liver pâté, mounded on Tom Cat Bakery bread and pressed until hot, crisp and delicious. Each bite reminds us: autumn is lovely in New York, and we’ll gladly lose our fake tan for this.
