The county tops in taxes, housing costs, and now college too.

Hey, fellow Westchesterites: we not only hold the distinction of having the biggest tax bill in the entire country, but now we have the most expensive college in the entire country. That’s right, tiny Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville tops out a campusgrotto.com list of the 100 colleges with the highest price tags. The ranking adds the advertised cost of tuition with room and board, and doesn’t take into account how much the average student at each school actually pays after financial aid. And the top 10 are (drum roll please):
