WHITE PLAINS — The New York State Small Business Development Center (SBDC), a business assistance organization, is located in the offices of The Business Council of Westchester. Start-up and small businesses are eligible for free one-on-one counseling to discuss starting a business or improving the performance of an existing business.
“The Small Business Development Center provides services that are essential to both existing businesses and start-ups,” explained SBDC Business Advisor Louis Scamardella. “In today’s economy, businesses are struggling more and more.
