Launched in October by fashion industry vet Kristen Carelli, the boutique targets Westchester moms and their teenage-and-older daughters, with Betsy Johnson handbags; Vintage Havana, Elan, Love Stitch, and Ark & Co. clothing ranging from $10 to $200; and Carelli’s own handmade jewelry. According to its owner, the store’s hangout-ready ambience is “chic and girly, but cozy.”
