Fashion design icon Diane von Furstenberg—perhaps still best known for her signature wrap dress—has ventured out of the closet with the debut of her new home line. And while the new DVF Home Collection includes great-looking tabletop, bath, and decorative accessory designs, we’re already dreaming of its particularly glam bedding collection.
Inspired by nature, contemporary art, and, not surprisingly, von Furstenberg’s own vintage and current fashion prints, offerings are organized into the designer’s three favorite categories—Urban, Sun, and Country—although all pieces work well in a mix-and-match fashion.
Bold and vibrant, the collection offers five unique patterns in multiple colorways, solids, and signature prints. The duvet selection includes a special limited-edition series inspired by the iconic DVF wrap-dress; it will feature six different signature prints each season.
Blankets, duvets, sheet sets, shams, and throw pillows, crafted using the finest cotton, twill, sateen, and linen, range from $80 to $250 and are available at Bloomingdale’s in White Plains and online, and at dvf.com.
