Prior to joining Phelps, Mr. Blum was Senior Vice President of White Plains Hospital Center, Vice President of Operations of the Stellaris Health Network, and Operations Manager at
St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center in New York City. He began his healthcare career as a paramedic and paramedic instructor in New York City and worked at several New York City hospitals in clinical and administrative capacities.
