Craig arrived at The Macallan after nearly a decade tending bar in New York City and a number of years writing about fine spirits for many nationally recognized publications (including Men’s Health, men.style.com, Gilt MANual.com, and AskMen.com). He has logged countless hours in praise of whiskies, both across the bar and across his keyboard. He is proud to have refocused his passion exclusively on the Rolls Royce of single malts.
Craig has visited distilleries all over the United States and the UK, absorbing the culture and craft of whisk(e)y. He possesses a connoisseur’s eye, a critic’s palate, but has never lost the enthusiasm sparked by that first sip. He lives in Brooklyn with his dog and an ever-expanding collection of malts. â€¨
