Last Book Read… I’m reading a book now called The Escoffier Cookbook and Guide to the Fine Art of Cookery: For Connoisseurs, Chefs, Epicures. It has close to three thousand recipes. A great guide to the art of classic French cuisine.
On a Day Off, I’d Likely Be… playing golf.
I Never Eat… Spam.
Favorite Place to Dine Out… Baang Cafe in Greenwich, Connecticut.
I Hate It When a Diner at My Restaurant… orders lunch at breakfast or breakfast at lunch.
