This past winter, the long-awaited presence of the fabled Alsatian in a Westchester restaurant was presaged with whispers of architect Thomas Juul-Hansen’s stunning, Scandinavia-meets-Americana redesign of the two-century-old landmark. Happily, things only got better when we finally visited.
