After winning the rabid fandom of Westchester’s pizza geeks with DoughNation (his wood-fired mobile pizza oven), it was only a matter of time before David DiBari had to open a brick-and-mortar pizzeria. At The Parlor, you’ll find DiBari’s signature puffy/smoky Neapolitan rounds topped with all the handmade mozzarella, house-smoked sausage, and seasonal treasures that made The Cookery and DoughNation famous. Also, look for bottled cocktails, craft beers, and an all-tap wine list slung in stripped-down, graffiti-tagged digs.
