Yeah, we have a cocktail named after us. We were so enthralled with 42’s Wellington De Oliveira (see page 88) that we asked him to create a custom cocktail that’s worthy of bearing our name. And he delivered: beet-infused cachaça, green chartreuse, black-tea blend, a pinch of house seven-pepper spice, sugar cubes, a grilled lime, a dash of kosher salt, and a spritz of mescal. Smooth and complex, sweet and savory, all mixed into one. Perfect to sip while reading this Best Of issue.
