A trip to Mima Vinoteca is worth it just for the romantic-rustic décor and extensive wine offerings. But you’ll definitely want to supplement those with a plate of their salumi and formaggi. The prosciutto di Parma arrives cut paper-thin, as it always should be, and is a lot more delicate in taste than is typical for this particular variety of pork product. Add a serving of fontina or Taleggio, or go classic with a chunk of mozzarella.
