Astorino Says Neigh to Cops on Horses

County Legislator Michael Kaplowitz is pushing to overturn County Executive Rob Astorino’s decision to disband the Westchester County Police Department’s mounted unit. Kaplowitz argues that the amount of money saved ($86,000) is more than offset by the need for and value of the mounted unit at public events.
