A month ago, we told you about a new bill that would, if passed, result in a driver’s car being impounded following a DWI arrested.
County Executive Andy Spano now plans to sign the bill into law, so that law enforcement officials can seize the vehicles of people convicted of DWI and help keep drunk drivers off the road.
