A Piece of Westchester History Up for Sale

One of the oldest homes in Westchester—built in the late 17th century—is up for sale. The six-bedroom, center-hall Colonial—which is called Pinetree Corners, and is located in Greenburgh—originally listed with Houlihan Lawrence for $899,000 in July 2008, but when it didn’t move, they lowered the price to $695,000. Now, it’s been lowered once again to $599,000.
