Chef and co-owner Bill Hall earned his culinary degree at The Florida Culinary Institute, cooked his way around the world, became the Executive Chef and co-owner of Bravo Bravo and Azu in Mystic, Connecticut, and finally opened up Melt Sandwich Shop in 2009 with his wife Kristin.
